The Shaped by Water series is a sculptural series made out of plastic foam fragments that the artist, who lives in Burgazada, found on the coasts of the Marmara Sea. Styrofoam and other foamed plastics are featured in these sculptures without the artist’s intervention, as they are formed by the sea, waves, rocks, and animals.
